An intradistrict transfer is a process that allows students who currently live in Bloomington to request attendance at a school other than their neighborhood school.
Students who reside outside the city of Bloomington: Click here for information on the open enrollment process.
Students who qualify for Gifted and Talented programs (Dimensions Academy, Nobel or Elements) do not need to follow the intra-district transfer process. Transfers into Gifted Programs will be handled internally.
Intra-district transfer requests that are due to daycare location will receive priority if verification of enrollment at daycare is provided to firstname.lastname@example.org. Those who do not provide verification of daycare enrollment will still be entered into the lottery.
The request must be submitted during the online application window from Nov 1 - Nov 29, 2019, for the 2020-21 school year. Applications must be submitted by 4:00 PM CT on the deadline date. If you are unable to complete the request online, please contact your home school office for assistance.
